Emerson 82402025 is a pilot‑operated 2‑way normally‑closed solenoid valve of Emerson ASCO 240 series. It adopts brass body for high‑temperature steam and hot‑water medium control with NPTF thread connection. PTFE disc seal is equipped inside to resist high‑temperature fluid erosion and reduce internal leakage riskEmerson. The pilot‑operated structure works under differential pressure condition with Cv flow coefficient of 6.0. Operating pressure ranges from vacuum to 10 bar, maximum medium temperature reaches 180℃.

 It works with AC coil of FT insulation class and power consumption of 10.1W, certified by UL and CSA. Ambient operating temperature ranges from 0‑80℃. Wear‑resistant piston assembly and stainless‑steel valve seat extend service life under frequent switching cycles. Built‑in surge suppression on coil mitigates electromagnetic interference. It can be directly mounted on pipeline without extra brackets. Triggered by electrical signals from control system, this valve opens when energized and closes upon power loss. 

It performs on‑off switching for pipelines of steam boilers, hot‑water heat exchangers, laundry machines and heating units. It can be driven by PLC or temperature controller signals for process interlock, realizing automatic supply control of steam and hot‑water in heating systems, industrial washing and food processing machinery.
